[merged] dev-mem-allow-rewinding.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     /dev/mem: allow rewinding
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     dev-mem-allow-rewinding.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

commit dcefafb6 ("/dev/mem: dont allow seek to last page") inadvertently
disabled rewinding on /dev/mem.

This broke x86info for example.
