[obsolete] hardware-latency-detector-remove-default-m.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     hardware latency detector: remove "default m"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hardware-latency-detector-remove-default-m.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
