The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mn10300-remove-the-obsolete-and-unnecessary-dma-api-comments-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mn10300-remove-the-obsolete-and-unnecessary-dma-api-comments.patch
