The patch titled
     cgroup-implement-eventfd-based-generic-api-for-notifications-kconfig-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cgroup-implement-eventfd-based-generic-api-for-notifications-kconfig-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into cgroup-implement-eventfd-based-generic-api-for-notifications.patch
