The patch titled
     drivers/firmware/iscsi_ibft.c: remove NIPQUAD_FMT, use %pI4
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-firmware-iscsi_ibftc-remove-nipquad_fmt-use-%pi4.patch

This patch was dropped because an alternative patch was merged

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
