The patch titled
     bitops-rename-for_each_bit-to-for_each_set_bit-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     bitops-rename-for_each_bit-to-for_each_set_bit-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete
