The patch titled
dmaengine: fix memory leak in dma_async_device_unregister()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
dmaengine-fix-memory-leak-in-dma_async_device_unregister.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

driver module.
