Subject: sysctl: add call_usermodehelper_cleanup()
From: Andi Kleen <andi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

This is the same as call_usermodehelper(), but with an cleanup callback.
Needed for some of the followon proc_rcu_string() users.

This avoids open coding this.
