[merged] usb-ftdi_sio-remove-obsolete-comment.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     usb: ftdi_sio: remove obsolete comment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     usb-ftdi_sio-remove-obsolete-comment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

We always push characters to ldisc immediately regardless of
ASYNC_LOW_LATENCY.
