The patch titled
vt: make the default cursor shape configurable
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
vt-make-the-default-cursor-shape-configurable.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

For embedded systems, the blinking cursor at startup time can be annoying
and unintended. Add a new kernel parameter to change the default cursor
shape.
