[merged] vmscan-zone_reclaim-dont-use-insane-swap_cluster_max.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     vmscan: zone_reclaim() don't use insane swap_cluster_max
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     vmscan-zone_reclaim-dont-use-insane-swap_cluster_max.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

In old days, we didn't have sc.nr_to_reclaim and it brought
sc.swap_cluster_max misuse.

huge sc.swap_cluster_max might makes unnecessary OOM risk and no
performance benefit.

Now, we can stop its insane thing.
