[merged] mm-refactor-unregister_cpu_under_node.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm: refactor unregister_cpu_under_node()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-refactor-unregister_cpu_under_node.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

By returning early if the node is not online, we can unindent the
interesting code by two levels.
