The patch titled
     vmscan: make consistent of reclaim bale out between do_try_to_free_page and shrink_zone
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     vmscan-make-consistent-of-reclaim-bale-out-between-do_try_to_free_page-and-shrink_zone.patch
