+ signals-cosmetic-collect_signal-use-si_user.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     signals: cosmetic, collect_signal: use SI_USER
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     signals-cosmetic-collect_signal-use-si_user.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
      reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

Trivial, s/0/SI_USER/ in collect_signal() for grep.

This is a bit confusing, we don't know the source of this signal.
But we don't care, and "info->si_code = 0" is imho worse.
