The patch titled
     kernel.h: remove initialization of bool in printk_once
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     kernelh-remove-initialization-of-bool-in-printk_once.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed

Don't initialize __print_once.  Invert the test to reduce initialized
data.
