[obsolete] pcmcia-fix-controller-printk-warnings.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pcmcia: fix controller printk warnings
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pcmcia-fix-controller-printk-warnings.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
