[merged] lis3lv02d_spi-module-unload-didnt-remove-sysfs-entry.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     lis3lv02d_spi: module unload didn't remove sysfs entry
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lis3lv02d_spi-module-unload-didnt-remove-sysfs-entry.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
