[merged] nommu-fallback-for-is_vmalloc_or_module_addr-should-be-inline.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     nommu: fallback for is_vmalloc_or_module_addr() should be inline
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     nommu-fallback-for-is_vmalloc_or_module_addr-should-be-inline.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

not just static, in linux/mm.h.
