The patch titled
     e100.c: use PCI_DMA_BIDIRECTIONAL in e100_rx_indicate()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     e100c-use-pci_dma_bidirectional-in-e100_rx_indicate.patch

This patch was dropped because it was nacked
