[nacked] scsi-annotate-gdth_rdcap_data-gdth_rdcap16_data-endianness.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     scsi: annotate gdth_rdcap_data, gdth_rdcap16_data endianness
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     scsi-annotate-gdth_rdcap_data-gdth_rdcap16_data-endianness.patch

This patch was dropped because it was nacked

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

It would be easy to get rid of the typedefs too, but I kept this
minimal.
