[merged] include-linux-credh-fix-build.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     include/linux/cred.h: fix build
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     include-linux-credh-fix-build.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

    CRED: Separate task security context from task_struct


I think.


It's way too large to be inlined anyway.

Dunno if this needs an EXPORT_SYMBOL() yet.
