The patch titled
     page-allocator-maintain-rolling-count-of-pages-to-free-from-the-pcp-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     page-allocator-maintain-rolling-count-of-pages-to-free-from-the-pcp-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into page-allocator-maintain-rolling-count-of-pages-to-free-from-the-pcp.patch
