[merged] hptiop-add-rr44xx-adapter-support.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     scsi: hptiop: add RR44xx adapter support
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hptiop-add-rr44xx-adapter-support.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Most code changes were made to support RR44xx adapters.
- add more PCI device ID.
- using PCI BAR[2] to access RR44xx IOP.
- using PCI BAR[0] to check and clear RR44xx IRQ.
