The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cpuidle-a-new-variant-of-the-menu-governor-to-boost-io-performance-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into cpuidle-a-new-variant-of-the-menu-governor-to-boost-io-performance.patch
