[merged] usb-fix-paths-in-usbmon-documentation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     usb: fix paths in usbmon documentation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     usb-fix-paths-in-usbmon-documentation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The documentation for usbmon in the kernel 2.6.31-rc7 kernel doesn't
match what the kernel exposes in the debug fs tree. This patch fixes it.
