[merged] fix-printk-enable-the-use-of-more-than-one-con_boot-early-console.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     fix "printk: Enable the use of more than one CON_BOOT (early console)"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-printk-enable-the-use-of-more-than-one-con_boot-early-console.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Don't return when we find the first bootconsole - it can leave other
bootconsoles still installed, and they can be used and cause problems
later (if they are in the init section, and eventually released), and
cause problems.  Make sure we remove all of them.
