The patch titled
     arch/x86/kernel/cpu/amd.c: amd_fixup_dcm() is unused if CONFIG_X86_HT=n
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arch-x86-kernel-cpu-amdc-amd_fixup_dcm-is-unused-if-config_x86_ht=n.patch

This patch was dropped because a more stupid patch was merged

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
