Subject: rtc: Philips/NXP PCF2123 driver
From: Chris Verges <chrisv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Add support for the Philips/NXP PCF2123 RTC.

Our hardware should arrive in early July, so I'll update (v0.3?) based
on testing after that.
