Subject: icom: fix compile errors when defining ICOM_TRACE
From: Breno Leitao <leitao@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

As it is, defining ICOM_TRACE produces some compile errors, as "parameter
name omitted" and "redefinition of `trace'"

This patch removes the wrong trace definition.
