Subject: forcedeth: tx timeout fix
From: Ayaz Abdulla <aabdulla@xxxxxxxxxx>

Fix tx_timeout() to properly handle the cleanup of the tx ring. Also set
the tx put pointer back to the correct position to be in sync with HW.
