[merged] printk-add-support-for-the-of-hh-length-modifier.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     printk: add support for the of hh length modifier
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     printk-add-support-for-the-of-hh-length-modifier.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

hh is used as length modifier for signed char or unsigned char.  It is
supported by glibc and is supported by ISO C99, so we add kernel support
now.
