Subject: RxRPC: fix error handling for rxrpc_alloc_connection()
From: Dan Carpenter <error27@xxxxxxxxx>

rxrpc_alloc_connection() doesn't return an error code on failure, it just
returns NULL. IS_ERR(NULL) is false.
