[merged] rcu-documentation-1q09-update.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     rcu: documentation 1Q09 update
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     rcu-documentation-1q09-update.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Update the RCU documentation to call out the need for callers of
primitives like call_rcu() and synchronize_rcu() to prevent subsequent RCU
readers from hazard.
