[merged] checkpatch-do-not-warn-about-p0-patches-when-checking-files.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     checkpatch: do not warn about -p0 patches when checking files
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-do-not-warn-about-p0-patches-when-checking-files.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

We are triggering the -p0 check for our own diffs generated using --file
command line option.  Suppress this check for files.
