Subject: spi-gpio: sanitize MISO bitvalue
From: Michael Buesch <mb@xxxxxxxxx>

gpio_get_value() returns 0 or nonzero, but getmiso() expects 0 or 1.
Sanitize the value to a 0/1 boolean.
