The patch titled
     cpuset-fix-allocating-page-cache-slab-object-on-the-unallowed-node-when-memory-spread-is-set-fix-2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cpuset-fix-allocating-page-cache-slab-object-on-the-unallowed-node-when-memory-spread-is-set-fix-2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into cpuset-fix-allocating-page-cache-slab-object-on-the-unallowed-node-when-memory-spread-is-set.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
