Subject: CORE_DUMP_DEFAULT_ELF_HEADERS depends on ELF_CORE
From: David Brownell <dbrownell@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

new partial-segment flavored ELF coredumps ... don't make folk answer
Kconfig questions about that flavor.
