The patch titled
     raw-fix-rawctl-compat-ioctls-breakage-on-amd64-and-itanic-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     raw-fix-rawctl-compat-ioctls-breakage-on-amd64-and-itanic-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into raw-fix-rawctl-compat-ioctls-breakage-on-amd64-and-itanic.patch
