- mm-remove-config_out_of_line_pfn_to_page.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm: remove CONFIG_OUT_OF_LINE_PFN_TO_PAGE
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-config_out_of_line_pfn_to_page.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
