The patch titled
     reiser4-tree_lock-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     reiser4-tree_lock-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into reiser4.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
