Subject: vmalloc.c: fix flushing in vmap_page_range()
From: Adam Lackorzynski <adam@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

The flush_cache_vmap in vmap_page_range() is called with the end of the
range twice. The following patch fixes this for me.
