The patch titled
     futex: cleanup futex_(un)lock_pi fault handling
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     futex-cleanup-futex_unlock_pi-fault-handling.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
      reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

Some apparently left over cruft code was complicating the fault logic. 
Testing if uval != -EFAULT doesn't have any meaning, get_user() sets ret
to either 0 or -EFAULT, there's no need to compare uval, especially not
against EFAULT which it will never be.  This patch removes the superfluous
test and clarifies the comment blocks.
