- memcg-show-reclaim_stat.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     memcg: show reclaim_stat
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-show-reclaim_stat.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Add the following four fields to memory.stat file.

  - recent_rotated_anon
  - recent_rotated_file
  - recent_scanned_anon
  - recent_scanned_file

It is useful for memcg reclaim debugging.
