- quota-move-quotaio_vh-from-include-linux-to-fs.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     quota: move quotaio_v[12].h from include/linux/ to fs/
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     quota-move-quotaio_vh-from-include-linux-to-fs.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

formats, there's no need to have them in include/linux/.
