The patch titled
     poll-allow-f_op-poll-to-sleep-take-2-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     poll-allow-f_op-poll-to-sleep-take-2-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
