spi: avoid spidev crash when device is removed
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
spi-avoid-spidev-crash-when-device-is-removed.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a

IMHO a call to spi_set_drvdata() is missing in spidev_probe(). The patch
below helped.
