+ hwmon-applesmc-add-support-for-macbook-4.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     hwmon: applesmc: add support for Macbook 4
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     hwmon-applesmc-add-support-for-macbook-4.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
