The patch titled
     epoll-avoid-double-inserts-in-case-of-efault-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     epoll-avoid-double-inserts-in-case-of-efault-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was withdrawn
