The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kbuild-prevent-modpost-from-looking-for-a-cmd-file-for-a-static-library-linked-into-a-module-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kbuild-prevent-modpost-from-looking-for-a-cmd-file-for-a-static-library-linked-into-a-module.patch
