The patch titled
vfs: remove unnecessary fsnotify_d_instantiate()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
vfs-remove-unnecessary-fsnotify_d_instantiate.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
